Originally I made the purple pair fish fins but then people thought it was an alien so I had to scrap it so I just did this instead because I really liked the way that the fins turned out

I used a tablet and the gimp program......I just made a bunch of line and then just smudged them lines in different directions to create the feather like texture

I brought the original picture into Studio Artist and made the picture look like a chalk drawing, then I brought it into Painter and did a clone job on it.

( I don't know why I put that as a title, but does anyone remember what show it's from? haha )
