And now for you 3D Modelers out there.

    Thanks for the nod:) I just added links for normals mapping software. There are Nvidia plugins for Photoshop that allow you to generate normals maps from images with a new filter.

    There is also a program called Xnormal that you can work with normals maps, AO maps and others in the program itself or as an additional filter in Photoshop.

    Both programs are free. Check them out. It makes creating tileble terrain detail fast and easy.
